The Weather Channel WS-7047TWC rain sensor collects rainfall from a flat, outdoor location rain and then wirelessly transmits data to an indoor display. The rain meter, Weather Channel WS-7047TWC, reports data in inches rain and you can manually reset the display to recalculate after the end of a rainy cycle. The bottom of the rain meter's display reports the temperature in either Fahrenheit or Celsius for an indoor location or an outdoor area using the included remote sensor.
